Cancellation Policy:

• Guests must notify us of any cancellations at least 7 days prior to the check-in date to receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date will result in a 50% refund.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the check-in date.

Early Departure:

• Guests who decide to leave early during their stay will not be entitled to any refund for the remaining nights.

Refund Process:

• Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date of cancellation.
• Refunds will be issued directly to guests bank account through Net Banking.

No-Shows:

• Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will not be eligible for any refund.

Modification Policy:

• Modifications to the reservation dates are subject to availability and must be requested at least 10 days prior to the original check-in date.
